Items Needed For Review
Thank you for considering Truitt Insurance & Bonding for your bonding needs. To tailor a bond program for your specific needs, we will need the following items to begin working with a surety carrier:
- Completed contractor questionnaire.
- Current certificate of insurance showing coverage is in place.
- The past 3 year-end CPA prepared corporate financial statements.
- An “in-house” Year-To-Date financial statement (balance sheet with P&L).
- Current bank letter indicating lines of credit, amounts in use, that you are a customer in good standing with the bank, etc.
- Current personal financial statement on all owners.
- Current work-on-hand schedule.
- Key resumes on key people in the organization is always helpful if not necessary.
- Current A/R Aging Schedule.
We will keep all of this information confidential. You will be notified of the surety companies we are approaching and where your information has been sent. We do not believe in broadcasting your confidential information to all of our carriers.
